Postcard: Fort Clatsop

The 33 members of Lewis and Clark's Corps of Volunteers for Northwest Discovery remained at this Pacific Coast site site between Dec. 7, 1805 and Mar. 23, 1806. Fort Clatsop was named for the friendly Native American neighbors.
